Post Coalition Shadow Ops
So, I have a simple concept, and was wondering if there were any good spriters out there who are interested. We have seen several faction expansions, but there seem to be very few for the Coalition. I would be interested in making a Coalition stealth operative, which could mainly be Coali. resprites, but I don't want to release crappy resprites. I would like them to be good, which is why I'm looking for some help.

The early ideas I have involve at least two operatives, one with a silent jump and the other with a silent jetpack. Possible weapons include a silent sniper, silent smg, silent pistol, as well as specialized grenades, and possibly some form of close ranged weapon for assassinations. I can work on the code. Any ideas and offers to help would be welcome.

Ahh... Excuse the double post, but I had a second thought...

"Shadow" from Unitech is basically a coali steal resprite, so the armor would have to be a somewhat more unique, and the head and helmet would also need to be dramatically different. Really, I'm just looking for ideas for expanding the coalition in simple ways. There are a lot of existing stealth weapons, so new ideas would need to exist before this was really worth making.... Still, feel free to brainstorm here.

Hmm... The image isn't great, so I can't tell, but it looks pretty good. Did you make him, or download him?

The knees were stolen from WWM Coalition Elite, if I'm not mistaken.

I made it alone , and isn't a Unitec re-sprite only the beret , with permission.

...Seriously. Those legs look EXACTLY like the WWM Coalition Elite with maybe some recoloring. Can someone get a screenshot for a side-by-side?

Modding is good, no matter the quality (just don't release it). But from the sounds of it you didn't ask permission. How would you feel if someone took something you made, recoloured it, and released it without mentioning you or even asking you first?

Yeah, I understand the logic behind that. But I have very little experience writing scripts. I was wondering if someone could post a code snippet that would show how to compare the user against the revision's author.

Yea , for release a mod I need permission , but I dont need to make for me only , and I had used one coalition to make it.
