Post Good Idea?
If anyone here has played GMod, there's a great addon called WireMod(http://wiki.garrysmod.com/?title=Wire_Addon). It allows you to create gates and components, then connect them to each other in order to create devices. Do you think a CC version of Wire would be a good idea?

Good idea? Yeah, it could be really cool and useful.
Easy to make? Not at all, especially if you want decently floppy wires.

If you want someone else to make this, this should be in requests.

No, I want to try making it, but I didn't want to waste time if it had already been done or deemed impossible. I'll get to work :D

It hasn't been done, to my knowledge.

Activating emitters and changing control modes on actors will be some things you'll want to do. Numpad controls would be neat if possible, but some in game buttons that you press by stepping on or shooting or whatever could work too.

Suggestions noted and logged. It might take a while before the thing is released, though.

Having them available as an option along with laptop-friendly input methods could be good though.

I think I'm just going to make a key reader that outputs the pressed keys, that way the builder can define the key commands for the machine.
