I think all you have to do is, open the .ini file for the sniper rifle and under where it says "AddDevice = HDFirearm" type "OneHanded = 1.
That Should work...

It also must be in the shields group, and no other group. So when there are "AddToGroup" lines, make sure there is only one of them and it is to Shields. |
