How to control a vehicle when controling the turret??

  How to control a vehicle when controling the turret??As usual,a turrect can't move but shot.So directing the turrect on a vehicle effects in vain.
But when I control the turrect the vehicle stops. I don't know how to write lua script,but I think it will work...  Attachments:

And don´t missunderstand turret as Turrent.... sounds like Torrent.... |

 Make the gun a mosr that spawns the bullets. As in, just one actor: the dropship. |
