Post Counting lines in mac text edit
I'm not sure where to put this, but is there any way to find out which line number you are on in mac text edit 10.4.11? Finding out which line an error is when a .rte doesn't load is a huge pain if its hundreds of lines long.

What do you mean "not supported" do you mean the game isn't made for them or they don't support line counting, sorry, i just didn't understand which meaning you were trying to use. Also, is there a free text editor for mac that ii can use with cc that does support line count?

He means that if you're on a Mac, you have to solve a lot more problems on your own than Windows people because Macs have only recently been able to run Cortex.
Incidentally, here's something Google turned up.

Seconding the move for Text Wrangler.
While there's no syntax highlighting for ini files, there is for lua (Comes in very helpful).
A neat trick; you can drag a mod folder onto the program icon to open it in a neat browser, and from there perform multi-file find-and-replace,which is really great for changing preset names, mod names or whatever.
I use it to make backups of older versions of mods to test two or more versions at once, in order to see how changes worked out for playability.

As for the "not supported" comment, go ahead and ignore it. there're plenty of mac users that can help out.
