I am modding something, and came into a problem. I realized that I needed a way to darken the screen on demand, and then let it return to normal, problem is I have absolutely no clue whatsoever as to how to do that. Any suggestions?

And as I am near lua illiterate, would you be so kind as to write that script for me quickly?
I can make a large black square though :P
EDIT: though I doubt it's possible, fading in and out would be nice too.
While this is very important.

Ummmmm... Quickly does not coincide with lua... Put it in the requests exactly what you want (be sure to include weather this is for a HDfirearm or Actor or something else
