Post subject:  [WIP] B18-based large mod - Need Help

You may ask - "Why are you making B18 based mod, not B23?", the reason is very simple - B19 and higher do not work under Wine on Linux, which I'm currently using.
I'm planning to make it really big with very big bunch of weapons (many types in few variants multiplied by five power levels, and modifications (exploding bullets, higher mass of bullets, etc.)), ~15 bodies (clones/undead/robots/big droids in small, medium and large versions +some bonus ones), some crafts (normal/tall/short/exploding rockets, few sizes of dropships, and few sizes(and shapes ;P) of drop crates) and much shields (small/medium/large/extra large ones multiplied by few types of them (normal, reppeling, ones that fire bullets from wounds, bullet deflecting ones, and anything else, that comes to my mind)). As for now I already have:
5x Small shields (S-DF1x1 trough S-DF1x5)
5x Medium shields (M-DF1x1 to M-DF1x5)
5x Large shields (L-DF1x1 to L-DF1x5)
5x Revolver (PS6x1 trough PS6x5)
5x Pistol (shotgun-like) (PS1x1 to PS1x5)
5x Machine Gun (PS30x1 to PS30x5)
5x Shotgun (SH1x1 to SH1x5)
5x Sniper rifle (SN3x1 trough SN3x5)
5x Sniper rifle with exploding bullets (SN1x1 to SN1x5) - and these are my problem - as for now I do not know how to make bullets explode on impact (now they explode after some delay).

I saw one question, and it was how to make exploding bullets. Use TDExplosives as your particles for your rounds. Simple as that.

I heard someone got it working for 19-22
