I am trying to work on the scene for Ragnar's Army but the new materials won't show up and if I try to enable the top soil it says it's undefined WHEN I KNOW it is! I have tried everything I know any help would be loved .

Guess that the troube is with ini precedence. The Steam War.ini is included in Ragnar's Army.rte\index.ini at line 21, while The Steam War Terrain.ini with materials is included later in Ragnar's Army.rte/The Steam War/Index.ini. That's why the material remains undefined when you use it. I'll try to fix it and say what happened a little bit later. UPD: Tried to simply copy-paste the contetns of Ragnar's Army.rte\The Steam War\index.ini to Ragnar's Army.rte\index.ini but it just popped some more errors but not about materials this time. But I think the solutuion would be the same, double check all the ini precedence in includes. |

I did what you said no go so I reorganized the folder setup and still fail. My last ditch attempt was to change the color the materials used and..I broke it more but maybe I have set it up now that someone that knows more than I can see what I did wrong and assist me.

Everything loads fine even with terrain frosting uncommented, what should I break to reproduce your error? |

Enabled frostings and debris, fixed debris so CC start normally but no luck with materials yet. Need to read more materials tutorial. Looking at Map pack 3 I see that all materials there use only standard material colors for alternative texturing. Maybe you should try that.
