What limitations does CC have one sprite size (in pixels) and number of frames for animation? I am currently working on a sprite that's 1000 pixels wide and has 48 frames of animation. Could this work in CC? |

The frames should be fine. I'm not sure about the size though, most maps are only 2000px wide. |

50 frames is the max. Or well it was when the elevator was made a while back. And in my experience with giant sprites, CC either crops them or shrinks them. 1000 is just way too big. |

As long as you doon't expect the object to settle, 1000 pixels is fine. The Meteor gun 2 in my mini-mod pack has a 1x1000 sprite attached to it. |

Never mind, I just found a quick way of testing this, and it worked I know I'm reviving an old topic, but it's my topic and I didn't want to make a new one. |
