 Noob's spriting problem

Post Noob's spriting problem
Not much I can say really...
I suspect it might be something about
swatches or pallets, but I'm really clueless :S
Some pics:
When I try to select the fudge up sprites, the whole game freezes

Palette problem.

Copy the sprites, paste them onto an already paletted sprite in Paint, save as your file, voila.
