Hi just thought I would post to let people know I have been tinkering with the coalition drone for my own substitute Whitebot faction and also as practice for my upcoming Cyberdyne faction. I have created two kinds of Drone by manipulating the standard drone weapon. They are both basic but when combined work as a nice team Whitebot Miner Drone (Fires intensive particle saw in a 90 degree arc producing an effect similar to old worms blowtorch currently set to not dig through metal but great for tunneling and gold collection) Whitebot Assaulter Drone (Fires intensive Green particle death blast, great for medium range anti armour, drone can also launch high into the air with multiple jump bursts to cut down dropships) I will post screens soon and will provide the relevant files. If anyone has any other suggestions for tinkering with the standard drone please share |

Upon clicking the mouse it explodes with the force of a nuke. The Taliban drone sounds fit. |

In that vein I might check if i can make the tracer round have a velocity in the minus regions dont know whether that would trigger an implosion mid explosion in a similar manner to the Revenge of Shinobi ninja magic Mijin. |

Protip: a large contingent of several faiths wear turbans yet they are not members of the taliban, al qeida, or any radical group whatsoever. Nor are they any more prone to self detonation than any other people. |

Damn I am trying to get my edited drone turrets to have animation frames but can't get the code right in the ini trying to use the crab code (in green) and insert it into the drone ini this is the relevant part of the ini My two .bmp files are named DroneTurret SnotA000.bmp and DroneTurret SnotA001.bmp AddActor = Turret PresetName = Whitebot Drone Turret Mass = 25 HitsMOs = 1 GetsHitByMOs = 1 SpriteFile = ContentFile FilePath = Whitebots.rte/Actors/Whitebot Drone/DroneTurret SnotA.bmp FrameCount = 2 SpriteAnimMode = 4 SpriteAnimDuration = 200 SpriteOffset = Vector if someone can help I will post up a number of multi-frame animated drone alternatives |
