Post subject:  Quick questions regarding bombs

I haven't extensively modded explosives in forever, and the new build has changed many modding parameters.

First: What can I do to make an explosive detonate when the actor carrying it dies? Will "ActivatesWhenReleased = 1" work?

I love making robots that detonate when killed and I'm trying to make a bomb that will serve that purpose.

GibImulseLimit = 1

thatll make it blow up when it hits the ground. i think?

Yup, it's actually blowing up upon death of the actor.
