I figured out how to change the cash reserves in single player skirmish, but I was wondering if there was a way to change the cash reserves of both sides in a two player human vs human skirmish game. |

Yep, in Missions.rte/activities.ini, under Code: AddActivity = GABaseDefense is Code: FundsOfTeam1 = 5000 FundsOfTeam2 = 5000 These values changes the starting cash values for teams 1 and 2, respectively.
