Hi, I'm new to modding CC and was hoping to get some help.
I tried to set the ammo of my gun to a MOSParticle and whenever i try to load the mod now i get the following error:
- abortion in file .\system\DDTerror.cpp line 109 because:
- assertion failed: Stream suggests allocating an unallocatable type in magazine::round::create!
- the last screen has been aborted to abortscreen
Does this mean that MOSParticle cannot be a round type or have i done something else wrong?
I misspelled particle at one point
Also, when i had the ammo for the weapon as a MOPixel, the weapon in game looked fine from one side but then when the actor turned in the other direction the gun became chopped up like so |||||. And the parts of the gun that are transparent make the actor seethrough. I'm 99% sure i used the right pallet (I got it from the wiki).
What am I doing wrong?
I put the the weapon in the pallet and it isn't choppy anymore its just in the wrong colors
I was using gimp and tried putting the pallet in there and it did not work, but when i tried it with ms paint it worked fine.
Now i just wanna know if im doing something wrong in gimp? Does anyone use gimp to make sprite and if they do how?
