I was just briefly looking through the random sprite dump thingy, and I came across a conversation about seperating a tank sprite into segments... Why? Is it for gibs or whatever (and can someone please explain what gibs are). Thanks |

Gibs are the chunks of stuff that an actor breaks apart into. The tank sprite had to be separated in order to have the treads and turret move separately from the body of the tank. Look in coalition.rte and you'll get an idea of the various parts used for AHumans, or in dummy(dummies? not checking right now).rte for those used in ACrabs. |
