can someone help me? how do I mod actors? i go to actor "VIEWER" assuming that it just "VIEWS" please help me out! all those other mods looks fantastic!

First read this.

Once you know how to work with general modding crap, the actor .ini files are in:
<Your CC Dir>\Base.rte\Actors\<Actor Dir>.
Also the other modules contain Actors for their faction. (e.g. Coalition.rte\Actors\<blah>)

Look at the vanilla actors, see what values make them do what, change values and see what happens. (or search the forums for a specific variable name, something will turn up.)

Other mods can also be a good source of learning and inspiration.
