Im modding the reg. heavy sniper
and i resprited it, but when i fire the thing the gun just dies
I figure the gun must be firing in itself to cause this.

Give us the new sprite. Your problem is that your MuzzleOffset is off, probably behind or inside the gun. You have to move it, with the sprite I can give you the correct co-ordinates...
Also, large blocks of text are generally frowned upon, try uploading a .txt next time, it preserves the tabbing.

Add 10 to the Muzzle offset so x = 20 goes to x = 30, but the y var stays the same.
If that doesn't work, add another 10 to it until it does work. I would be more precise,
but I need to see the sniper sprite. Basically the X var is the amount of pixels away
from the Sprite offset (should be center of gun) that the muzzle is.

Also, your bullets weigh 4 kilograms. Can you imagine a hand held sniper that shoots 4 small cannonballs welded together?

Also, it only shoots at 1 Km/s so it looks like it is the Sharp Objects coming from the emitter it fires that Gibs the object.

Try
Code:
MuzzleOffset = Vector
   X = -38
   Y = 1

I'm surprised it doesn't kill the actor instead of the gun, any further and it would have shot behind you.

Your offsets are ♥♥♥♥.
Here's an explanation of the different offsets:
SpriteOffset: how the game should center the sprite, should be two negative numbers. this one is important, because all the other offsets are relative to this one.
JointOffset: where the actor's front hand goes.
SupportOffset: where the actor's back hand goes.
StanceOffset: where the hand is positioned in relation to the arm joint when walking.
SharpStanceOffset: where the hand is positioned in relation to the arm joint when aiming accurately ("sharp-aiming")
MuzzleOffset: where the bullets come out and the muzzleflash is displayed.
EjectionOffset: where the shells/casings come out.

you also might want to make the spriteoffsets on your emitters.

If you release it as a .rte then people can do the offsets for you...
