One this is just editing so it has coding from the dummy sniper so don’t kill me. I need to know how to make my actor hold the gun right, why my magazine is floating and also why my bullets start so far back? I know the sprite sucks and the sound is now a bit better... Edit:added a new wepon and kida fixed the offsets |

well first of all you need to fiddle with the offsets of weapons(the least fun portion of modding as its pretty much guess and check)theres some good info on it at the wiki. |

no, it isnt guess and check at all actually. offsets are taken from the spriteoffset of the gun/magazine, and are sometime in relation to other offsets (jointoffset for example). the jointoffset is where the hand connects to the gun the supportoffset is where the support arm connects to the gun (keep it farther back, because if you go too far out when you sharp-aim the hand just drops away) the muzzleoffset is where the bullets come out. if theyre starting too far back, raise the X value. the stanceoffset is where the gun is held in relation to the arm joint. the sharpstanceoffset is where the gun is held when sharpaiming, in relation to the arm joint. also, remember which way the X and Y axis go. Code: -Y -X +X +Y your magazine is positioned off the gun likely because you did the sprite or jointoffset incorrectly. sprite offsets are negative values, and jointoffset is from the center. |

Well I made it a bit better now and added a new weapon just as overpowered as the 1st one but I can’t make my magazine go to the right spot. |
