| Post subject: | Some CopyOf questions |
Is it possible to change remove "Add" variables from a CopyOf? (for example, removing gibs or emissions for an emitter) And/or is it possible to change parts of added variables (e.g. changing a gib's velocity or changing what the emission is) Will be grateful for any advice. Oh, and if we can't do this, it needs to go on the wish list. |

I don't think it is, but if you're making something with your own code (say, if you want to make four versions of something that are only slightly different), you can make a base version with nothing added (that you'd want removed), and then only have a few lines for your CopyOfs. |

Yeah, that's the best method as of now, but it just seems kind of wierd that you can change all of the variables but those specific "adding" variables. The 'template' method of coding is nice and clean, I was just wondering if I had missed something. |
