Post Legs.
i was wondering if it would be possible to make 3 legs on an actor..

Currently, it is impossible.
You could do a Fake third leg, but that would be buggy.

Well, you could take one of the legs off a crab.

But seriously, that's a no. There may be some kind of spriting tricks that would make it look like an actor has a third leg, but I can't readily think of an easy method to do it.

Since the game is 2d, the side on appearance of that will have one leg behind the other... so add a background leg in addition that doesn't actually do anything.....

EDIT: Yeah, I didn't notice the fourth leg in the back there...

You could just make two of the legs in one of the sprites, right? Visually three legs, game engine sees two.

hence it should be an ACrab anyway.
quoting the uniglax is a stupid thing to do, that removes a leg rather than adding one. its functionally the same as a clone with its leg blown off, but ugly as hell.
