Every time i insert AddToGroup = whatever into the device the game gets an unexplained error and crashes. Can anyone explain anything that could causes this?

What are you adding it to? Are you typing with correct capitals and stuff? Are you adding it to custom content? Are you making it strange (I.E. AddToGroup = Brains on a gun). And lastly, does it already have a AddToGroup = thing in there already?

EDIT: More questions. Are you adding the item into a new group? Please define what you want to add and what your typing. Oh, and did you tab the AddToGroup = ?

no old groups, right positioning, caps correct, existing groups, and all that good stuff *i clicked the wrong button and ended up making a new topic :oops:

AddDevice = TDExplosive
PresetName = Smoke Grenade
AddToGroup = Weapons
Description = Perfect for creating distractions

Could it be an issue with the buy menu groups? Usually grenades are under Bombs. The Weapons group is composed of firearms, not explosives.

Hmm, are you using the tab key? If so, try 4 spaces like this
That was four. If that doesn't work, I can't help :D
