Also, when you start, for some reason the Important Soldier won't be able to move under your control until you press the [insert switch actor key here] button.

Okay, now you're just being obnoxious. Not only is this not the forum for mod releases, this is also a worthless mod. And you already posted this in Mod Releases yesterday. I can see that your topic doesn't exist there anymore, which leaves me to believe that it got removed by a mod or something. That should be a hint.
