Up the particle count and minimize separation in the round definition, zero particle spread range in the device definition.
For a one-hit-kill on a coalition (no helmet), make it like 10 0.1Kg particles, 0 separation, 0 particle spread.

Yeah sharpness really only changes its piercing ability. Try changing Mass or ParticleCount, like Duh said. Only problem with changing mass is if its too high you'll gib yourself.

And cause massive terrain damage. I would stick with particles of 0.1kg or so, and fire speeds of something around 140-160. Then you can let sharpness do it's thing for you, avoiding pinholing the rock while easily killing the coalition in front of it.

If you make the separation fairly high you can have cool effects.
Like headshotting 3 people in a row :D

Definitely. Resize palette.bmp to the size of the screwed up sprite, paste sprite in there, save over your sprite. (and don't overwrite palette.bmp)

No, it's not really possible to control turrets on dropships. Some hava tried emitting actors, or attaching emitters to the dropship doors, but turrets on dropships aren't directly controllable.

Possibly with Lua, you might be able to do craft turrets.
But it would be rather complicated coding.

Something along the lines of:

Code:
If <craft> exists, make <actor> at <coordinates>
Onstep (frame, whatever), move <actor> to <craft +x,y> facing <direction>

Woo, Lua skillz!

Its a joke now that I've called you out on it--but I'm sure originally you were patting yourself on the back for your genius.

O_o
I'm not even sure if you're being serious.

But knowing your history, you are; in which case ♥♥♥♥ you.

Enough arguing, drop it.
