It's really okay if you want to keep using build 13, but none of the current mods will work with it. Plain and simple.
We're 7 builds away from 13. A lot of stuff has changed since then.

I'm having trouble downloading mods off of these forums. I can easily download and unzip a mod folder and place it into my CC program file folder, but Cortex just doesnt want to boot up the new mods. Cortex is ignoring the new (.rte) folders and I can't figure out why. Is there some initiation process I need to do to the new folders??? |

It's just that I know that my Build 13 is certainly not new, I didn't know that the mods wouldn't work sorry for the confusion. |

Hmmm, I have a new dilema. I copied one of my old mods (a HDFirearm) so that I can change it around ( in a new folder ) with out changing the original. I start CC and I see both mods zoom bye ni the loading screen correctly. Once I begin to play, I can't see the new (copied) mod in the BUY menu. What can I do to fix this? |

...From what I could read, you must have made it unbuyable. Check the code again for any missing values. Also, if you are adding in new variables [like updating it with the newer code] it may become unbuyable, and even broken. I would advise at least updating to B18 to do code. Remember, new mods don't work on old engines. |

http://www.datarealms.com/downloads/ccsetup18.exe Just make a new install with this build. I also recommend B18 because its the newest version that doesn't need to be bought. |
