Post subject:  Couple of questions regarding animation
Hello, I have two questions I wanted to ask:

1. As muzzle flashes can have multiple frames associated with them, does the game chose one of the images randomly to display at a time, or does it go through them one by one as the gun is fired? (Hard to tell in-game as the muzzle flashes last for a very, very short time)

2. Like a muzzle flash, weapons can have multiple sprites which are played when the gun is fired, and my question about this is nearly the same as the one above.

1.- The game shows the frames in order, one by one, although it's too fast to see normally. The frames also loop automatically.

2.- As far as I know, weapons can only have 2 "main" sprites. One is the base sprite and it's shown when the gun isn't being fired, and the other appears when and only when the gun is firing.

I'm fairly certain it's random, actually. Like, I know for a gun with two flash sprites, I've gotten the same one twice in a row or more before.

Just copy-paste the frames two times.

Three times the frames three times visible.
