Did you mess with Base.rte? Nothing like that should appear for Base.rte.

Unless you're using the Activitives.ini modding tutorial, I wouldn't install using the Base.rte. Just put the Mod.rte folders in the Cortex Command folder.

Isn't there a topic on how to install mods? There shouldn't have to be...
Simple 3 step process
1. Download the mod (assuming it's like darkstorm.rte.rar)
2. Extract the .rte file into /Cortex Command/ (as in, open up the .rar with winrar, click on the .rte folder and drag/drop in.)
3. DON'T modify base.rte/index.ini unless you know what you're doing.
3.a. Start up CC with new mods (unless you put in like 3000, then you don't start CC, you stop CC).
