So, im trying to make a weapon that has crit shots, like the weapons in Team Fortress 2. I've figured everything else out, except that is it possible to make a certain round type to have a different firing sound? I understand that a weapon can have different firing sounds, but they are always in a random order when im firing the gun. This is getting rather irritating. Any help would be great! |

I dunno about different firing sounds but you can give them different round types like the tracer and change the variables so the can be the critical hit shots;p |

Well, what i'd do is, in case of the shot not being an MOPixel or MOSParticle, to attach an emitter to the shot that has a specific burst sound, or in case of MOPixel or MOSParticle, make the fired shot a TDExplosive that has a specific gib sound/detonation sound. Of course, the sound would stack up with the guns fire sound, but ehh... There's ways to fix that. Like, remove the guns fire sound, and do the previous thing to the standard round as well. |
