Just wondering, how do you make it so that a weapon fires different kinds of ammo on different shots? Example; the MPAM's shotgun fires bullets, then explosive rounds. I tried looking at the weapon text for the shotgun but I couldn't really discern anything from that. I also searched Mod Making for "Alternate Ammo" but nothing came up. |

It's simple, really. Tracer rounds. You can have the regular round as an MOPixel, and the tracer as an ACDropShip if you want to. Just be sure to define two different rounds... And no, you can't have eleven different tracers. One regular, one tracer. |

How do you make it so tracer bullets shoot at a certain ammo number? Like how numgun's splazer (Spartan Las(z)er) shoots at like, 100 ammo. |

Er, well I haven't started modding yet (just wanted to know this if I start) but I'm pretty sure you alter the amount of tracers the same way you alter the amount of bullets fired in one shot (is it particlecount or something?) [/noobishadvice] |

well, you could get millions of different projectiles, make the round a mosrotating or similar which explodes into *large number* of different projectiles. therefore, you can technically shoot a gazillion different types of round. |
