Post subject:  LOL WUT? Anyone mind helping me figure out wtf is wrong?
My weapon won't shoot. When I fire it, it makes the correct sound, and the muzzle flash appears, but there's no bullet.

Dude, your fire velocity is at 2000! It's impossible to see it.
Try 200, then you'll be able to see it :)

It wasn't the fact that I couldn't see it that bothered me. It was the fact that the bullet had utterly no effect on anything.

It wasn't the fact that I couldn't see it that bothered me. It was the fact that the bullet had utterly no effect on anything.

The bullet phases through things so fast, it litterally has no effect, seeing that the bullet is a pixel.
So lower fire velocity to like, 10, and see if it can hurt.

Objects with a velocity above 500, for all practical purposes, do not exist in the game. As of B19.

I'm not sure. Get some 2µm dust and try throwing it around.

Also I'm there could be the chance that it would be moving slow enough that rather than cutting straight through in a clean pattern it would slow down, ricochet and cause damage by generally mangling nearby atoms.
