I can't seem to find a dictionary of variables in the tutorials anywhere... i swear there was one a while ago.

Which offset variable is the offset for the main hand (not supporting hand) that holds the gun at all times?

That'll be JointOffset. StanceOffset is where the gun itself is held relative to the body,
and SupportOffset is where the support hand is located.
