Hi again, (and sorry for all my weird questions) Would it be possible to make a device that explodes in to a GPS showing the position of all unit on the map (and changes accordingly). ~Roon3 |

Actually, considering that next build will have LUA scripting, this may be possible in the near future. But currently, it is not. |

Lua, not LUA. And even then it's fairly useless. Just pay attention or get weapons with a long sharplength. |

Hmm, well on the control panel in the current game, there is a minimap selection that cannont be selected, so I'd be surprised if something of the sort was not implemented. |

Temporary solution- Hold down Q/E and fly around the map. |

Just order something, then when you go to pick the drop point, just move around the map. |

But the fact that it's there suggests that in the future it may be implemented. And none of us can do it until we have Lua. And once there's an implemented minimap anyway, a GPS device would be pretty worthless. Maybe a stealth device that takes you off of the enemy's minimap, though? Also, about stealth, enemy team health bars shouldn't appear other than for about a second after they take damage. |
