How do I do That?

I tried doing this
Code:
   AddAttackerSpawn = ACDropShip
      CopyOf = KMF Drop Pod
      AddInventory = AHuman
         CopyOf = KMF Heavy Soldier
         Team = -1
         AimDistance = 60
         AddInventory = HDFirearm
            CopyOf = KMF Suppressor
         AddInventory = HDFirearm
            CopyOf = KMF Devastator

But they appear as the opposing team rather than team = -1

You can't.

Get over it.

The only way to get actors that are not Team 0 or 1 is to either spawn them from emitters, or have them placed in the scene already. Activities automatically makes them CPU. Buy menu and bunker editor make them your team.

One could, in theory, make the Activities.ini spawn emitters way up in the sky,
which would then emit dropships or rockets or whatever. But the point is that
one could make them a third, fourth, fifth or fivehundredbillionth team. If CC
goes that high. So yeah. They wouldn't have health indicators though.
