I don't know, but my first guess is that b20 doesn't like the // in the middle of a line.

Those // are default in base.rte.

This has happened to me as well, I just tried playing it again, and it went passed it, then it said there was an error at the line after it...
So I never solved the problem, I just completely redid the .Ini with the template starting one, trying to copy what I had, into there... Then it worked.

Yeah, looks like a non-error.

Also that error is clearly about the line after the one you marked.

Oh, and that's not the entire .ini I hope, because I copy and pasted it into a notepad and it stops at line 113, which is how many lines what you gave us has.

It's clearly shooting particles that have sound, although you could make the emitter itself have sound.

Actually that segment states that he is making a TDExplosive that copies from the Beeeeeeeeeeeeep Sound, which is probably not another TDExplosive.

@DudeGuy: ... No, it's far from the full thing. I'd rather not have to spam up the page
with roughly 1000 lines of code.

@Alenth: The beeeeeep sound is just the tone that comes before the fireball
crashes down, as a warning sound. It is a TDExplosive, so i don't think that's the problem.

What? I'm allowed to use a way too complicated method for sound if i want to :P

@Winterous: It's worth a shot, i suppose.

Edit: Didn't work, it just subtracts one line from the error every time i delete one :-(
In other words, it always points to the line that is two lines above the "AddAmmo = MOSRotating" part D:

Edit2: OMFG i found it out! After some elimination, CC actually pointed out the faulty line accurately!
It was a HitsMOs that was set to 10 instead of 1 ._.

pretty hard to spot :???:
