Post Wannabe Sprite Maker, needs help
Hey guys, so here i go with my first sprite and as i said in the title i need help.
Thing is i've downloaded Graphisgale as most users advised to, and i wanted to import the 8 bit palette from CC and it didn't quite work.

Beforehand ( in CS3 ) i imported the CC palette and converted my Sprite in indexed color using said palette, yet i couldn't get my hands on the correct gray value,( the one that allows the make the collidable mats in *Mat.bmp ), as a result i could only make sprite that would get destroyed as a sand castle, litteraly.

PLEASE NOTE that i'm not requesting spoon-feeding, as you can see i come with my own stuff, it's just that i've a very limited ammount of time on a daily basis and i couldn't find tracks of topic explaining the whole plot...

So can you help, and alternately tell me if you would find interest in my sprites populating some scenes  ?

If you need the color of the material, go look in Materials.ini. Every material
has its own color, obviously. Just find the color in the palette.bmp that matches
the RGB value of the material as closely as possible.
Also, to easily get sprites into the correct palette, copy them from the original file,
and paste them into the palette file.

P.S. I wouldn't mind seeing those sprites populatin' mah game :3

Thx CommanderCool, shook and ChJees; this is the raw version, before 8 bit conversion, but even afterward it quite looks the same.... i have to say i'm not really spriting though':) : i don't take the time to do pixel Art because i'm a Cg artist, i so happen to use my 3d render and my insane photoshop skillz to re work the raw render :)

ChJees i would indeed love to partner up with somebody to create sets/objects or anything for a mod, if you or anybody else think that would fit just PM me.

As for the aforementioned sprite it goes without saying that i'm ok to give it away but only on request :)

well, gtg to bed, cheers mates !
