well, since IRC couldnt *erm, i mean, wouldnt* help, i come here.

how do i change the green areas on the buy menu that i havnt changed already? I cant seem to find that part...

I'm fairly sure those are hardcoded, layered on top of the Buymenu.bmp (or whatever the exact filename is)

Only one you can't change is the line seperating individual items, if I remember correctly.

Base.rte/GUIs/Skins/Base/GreenGUI.bmp

Some of the colors in that are automatically picked out for use on the buy menu. Edit the colors, change the appearance.

I don't think the GUI system has changed since B11 when I first modified it, but, alright.
