-_-" The gun's we've got work already... I got the offsets so that both hands are on the gun at all times, for pretty much every weapon, the only exception being the rail rifle when aiming at your feet... So anyway, I just need to finish the fusion blaster and I can release. And nobody needs to ask permission to work on the mod... Anyway, the sprites you made look pretty good, but aren't that canon, if you need reference pics just post or pm me.

I just found a pic on google that had a pretty nice side view of the carbine and used that. Thanks for liking my sprite tho

I got the offsets so that both hands are on the gun at all times, for pretty much every weapon. And I was thinking I was being harsh, we did sort of agree to use whatever is best. Yes, what you made is cannon, but I am going to repeat, Until we get multiple fire in lua, A BUILD AWAY, I really HATE the carbine because its HUGE, and it essentially has 3 barrels. (carbine, Markerlight, Grenade). Yes, I pointed out that p3lb0x's carbine wasn't canon, several times, but it is still a nice sprite, and it's NOT HUGE! (which everything being huge was my biggest problem with EVERYTHING after we fixed the colors) If P3lb0x makes the sprite more cannon, without the extra attachments, we can have a carbine without a markerlight OR grenade launcher, after all thats what firewarriors and gun drones use. I'm sorry if this sounds a bit harsh but I'm not in a particularly good mood, and I basically just said most of that 3 or 4 times already, and I hate repeating myself, and I REALLY hate it when people re-word things I've already had to repeat.

took a shot at making a drone... it doesn't have guns yet, and photo bucket converts things into jpg so imagine it less blurry

(carbine, Markerlight, Grenade) I made the minimalised version with only the carbine capability, no markerlight, no photon grenade launcher. I did it a while ago as well.... Anyway, that sprite's pretty good, but it looks like the bottom half of it is a bit big and the colours are a bit odd, I'll send you my gradient bars later

Re: The HMWIP Tau Mod (WH40K)
Dunno if you guys will use the carbine, but I have repurposed it into a dummy weapon and used it in a private mod so my work wasn't completely wasted

Re: The HMWIP Tau Mod (WH40K)
A very good point has been made as the start of another thread.
I strongly urge that we place this mod and all future works on this mod, onto Creative Commons. There's a thread right now about Licensing mods and such and I suggest we start reading up on the idea. I don't want anyone to get the idea of selling mod compilations on disk and making money off of our mod.

Re: The HMWIP Tau Mod (WH40K)
A. They wouldn't be able to sell it without Data's approval. B. Who's going to be the owner? C. Miles can decide the copyright, but I would prefer if it allowed people to share it with other people and modify it. Anyway, I might release what I have now, without the fusion blaster and without the filesize optimsiations (i.e. bunch of random unused crap) because the horizon of work is not in sight. T_T EDIT: Alpha, fusion blaster not done yet. Unneccessary files not removed yet. All round unfinished. Will continue work on Saturday, this is only to get you all to regain fath in the fact that I catually did stuff. When I'm done with that I'll put it on the OP, but not yet. EDIT 2: I think we should do Creative Commons except without the Derivative Works clause. Honestly, if someone releases a different version with genuine improvements then I'll probably end up butchering and using their code. EDIT 3: That considered, this is probably the license we should use, anyone with complaints can complain, I'm open to suggestions.
