Get WinRAR. Right click on your mod folder, and click 'Add to archive'. Then, look below the textbox thing, and click the 'Browse' button. Find your mod (It should look like a stack of books, not a folder), and click 'Add Attachment'.

Here, lemme show you how I fixed it, so, hopefully, if it's the same error, you can fix it.
The program reads spaces. So, everywhere it had the "//<-- CHANGE THIS NAME" thing, you weren't deleting all the spaces at the end. So, go through all your .ini files, and everywhere you changed it to "gcasing/shell/whatever", make sure there aren't any spaces at the end of an instancename.

Oh, uberhen, Master Pimp gave me something of a starting point to work with on the scene template (which is probably the only reason why I'm going to do one, when I get the time. Me lazy.) so I'm gonna tweak it and release my own. No offense meant.
