I'm obviously for an extension. (1 to 3 days)
However, to be fair to those who were perfectly within the set deadline and enter/entered a mod on time, I feel an extra vote tally should be awarded to their starting total. In addition, any mods released after the original deadline that end up in a tie with a mod that was released on time would lose the tie automatically to the mod that made the initial deadline.

So, hypothetically, if we do an extension, and assuming you would have only finished the original deadline with the 5 you have now, the vote would look like this starting out:
Mod 1 (On time): 1 vote
Mod 2 (On time): 1 vote
Mod 3 (On time): 1 vote
Mod 4 (On time): 1 vote
Mod 5 (On time): 1 vote
Mod 6 (Extension): 0 votes
Mod 7 (Extension): 0 votes
Mod 8 (Extension): 0 votes
Mod 9 (Extension): 0 votes

Also, if the end results went as such:
Mod 1 (On Time): 28 votes
Mod 4 (On Time): 23 votes
Mod 8 (Extension): 23 votes
Mod 5 (On time): 10 votes

Mod 1 would take 1st place,
Mod 4 would take second place,
Mod 8 would take third place automatically, even though the two mods ended in a tie.
