Oh yes, it was was quite good. I think the markerlight should be one smart missile, with almost perfect accuracy. I have an idea - you get the code for the original markerlight and you modify it so that - there's only one missile and it goes directly for the spot you hit. I will be happy if you do this. But I have another idea, what if the target moves? You have the TDExplosive have a trigger delay so that it will gib into an ACraft and a round just above the target, the round destroying the ACraft immediately, deploying an explosive actor holding a HDFirearm shaped like the missile with large negative recoil, causing the actor to hurtle at the target, with explosive results. Maybe with lua we could have the Actor on the same team as the firer, until then it'd require seperate team versions. I've decided to do most of the battlesuit weapons' sprites now, starting with the single linked flamer, probably heavily based on the wonderful twin-linked version by NaXx, though I promise the rest will be original... I'm going to be basing them off the actual model sprues from this site (scroll down, they're near the bottom) in case anyone else wants to do some spriting, it has sprues for most units. (Sprues are the plastic thingies with the parts you put together in them e.g. completely canon, but lacking colour) Speaking of NaXx, might I persuade you to redo the fire warrior sprites or possibly to do pathfinder sprites? You seem to be the best candidate for the job... Speaking of the flamers, I think the twin-linked flamer should simply be the single linked flamer except with the shells ejecting at the top barrel, the shells being the same particle as the round of course. Speaking of persuasion, might I persuade Grenade to change the title of the topic? I believe you can do it by editing the subject of the original post... may you change it to something in the way of "W40K:Tau HMWIP"?

Before all, if you want to ask for money, I haven't nothing! I saw to vagyr it was a nice sprite but he saw "it need lot of work " then I was launch it to the trash of sprites and I was forget it since ones day what I saw it on one of your post and I've post it. i was hoping than you would get the joke... anyway i wanted to give you the files for the new version. edit naXx gave me a wonderfull idea(for a weapon)which is allready created. also the trully new version will take some time(i told naXx to create some very compex sprites) but a bug fixin/balancing version will come shortly. please keep in mind than this mod if far from done so some errors/missbalancing will still be present. also due to the complexity of the tau coding/spriting(especialy this) is hard and will take some time. never the less this mod is not dead as there are still users working in it. so far we are naXx=spriter 411570N3(allstone)=spriter/provider of information grenade=spriter/coder Miles_T3hR4t=coder/spriter(not sure but i had this feeling than he is doing a diffrend version) me=coder (this post is made becose i had a feeling than many users thought the mod was dead)

Good and bad news, I've tryed hard with the flamethrower what the serious guy suggest me and I'm enough satisfied with the finish, here is : It is big I know, Its designed to be a future main arm of one bigger battle suit but this version its modified to don't leave the tau naked in short range. I hope it turns into a really cool flamethrower. Time to bad news, I'm tired to work for tau army, I'm feel very offended and deceived with vagyr by his egoist way to help me, just requested a litle help by one Tau Plasma bomb of detonation and he was prefer to copy&paste the timebomb of unitech army >:( instead of honestly help ... Its not a temporal angry its a permanent dissapoint. Good luck Allstone and don't doubt to PM me with requests or ideas. Vagyr think in what you have made >:|

Also, if I have to be creative on my own, I'll follow canon via Dawn of War : Dark Crusade because that's about all I know of DoW. That and it's a kick-ass game.

Dawn of war was made from said tabletop. Old message is old. Aside from that, I don't think anyone's working on Kroot, which is kinda sad, and I like how the kroot work in DoW. Try that.

Well damn I know that much, I mean I'm making the Emperor's Fists and other than a paint-job they aren't even mentioned in Dark Crusade. Been lurking on the Lexicanum-Wiki. Also about the Kroot, I'll give it a look, but that's not one of the easier tasks. As soon as my Emperor's Fists are done, which is like a couple lines of code to make the Chain-Sword more..useable, I'll try to sprite us a Kroot.
