I know why the shell disapears. It has something to do with atom groups and deepgroups. ask zalo, or mess with those yourself.

i started spriting this thing 1 day after it was introduced but im kind of a perfectionist
so didnt want to make it two legged. (and 4 legged actors werent made yet..)

You can't really tell somebody not to copy a mod that isn't your intellectual property in the first place. You didn't design the concept art.

Make the body more cleaner and brighter so the color of the legs match the body.
The body looks kinda smudgy from that gif we see there right now.

Also make an epic muzzle flash like in the original pic.

Looks nice. Although when people started to complain about size, I thought it was going to be 3 times larger than the current state. No that it matters though, it is still really good looking. Also as numgun said, epic muzzle flash.

Make it BIGGER AND MORE EXPLOSIVE and make it have more shells than just one.

The guy's sprites weren't right. Not dark enough, and weren't nearly as good-looking as DiviX's. Coolness, this looks fantastic.

sweet! I really like that, my advice is too make the feet or lower legs or whatever you want to call them stay more vertical, it'll look better.
this'll be awesome when it comes out.
