Re: Cant see weapons under error weapon in index
Just save as .bmp. There should be a drop-down box that lets you choose to save as .bmp.

Re: Cant see weapons under error weapon in index
Now you need to put it in palette like I described before.

Re: Cant see weapons under error weapon in index
Step 2 should be to copy the picture into the palette (make sure that the palette is a copied palette that you put into your mod folder.)

Re: Cant see weapons under error weapon in index
Open Base.rte/Palette.bmp in paint. Copy your sprites. Paste your sprites into Base.rte/Palette.bmp. File>Save As...>Anywhere. The new file is in palette and will work fine.

Re: Cant see weapons under error weapon in index
If i open palette in paint, there will be white area. So i paste my weapon in, works fine but when i fire a few shots, weapon change to lines and after few bullets again back to the weapon... is it normal?

The second frame of the weapon needs to be in palette, too.

Tsunami wrote: :D Now, when i aim weapon to the right... it is over the actor....when left.....there is lines. Just tell me the problem, i try to repair it That is a palette problem. Holding gun stuff: There are a few things to change for that, and they are called Offsets. All offsets have an X value and a Y value you need to change. Offsets work as if the picture is a grid, one unit on the grid is one pixel. SpriteOffset - Tells where the center of the gun is. To set this value correctly, open up MS Paint. If you have the cursor over the picture, there will be a pair of numbers at the bottom-right of the window. Move the cursor over where you want the center of the gun to be, and use those numbers for the X and Y but make both of the numbers negative. JointOffset - This is where the main hand of the user will go. This offset starts from the SpriteOffset, and then you can just count how pixels it is to the left or right (X) and then up or down (Y). Once you have this but it is in the wrong position, make either the X or Y negative or positive untill it looks right. SupportOffset - This is where the second hand goes, just do the operation as the JointOffset. StanceOffset - Where the gun is held in relation to the user. Also operate the same as JointOffset, except imagine that the user is the center point. This one will be a little tougher, as you will have to go in-game multiple times to see if it looks right. SharpStanceOffset - Same as StanceOffset, but this defines the position of the gun when zooming.

Re: Cant see weapons under error weapon in index
1)Draw Your Sprite 2)Copy Paste an existing Sprite file [Copy a sprite .bmp and paste it somewhere.] 3)Use selection box and copy your original sprite 4) paste it here: 5)Select the paletteized sprite using selection box and copy that 6)paste onto said file in step 2. 7)Rename file as desired.
