Yeah, the announcement for this contest came right after my 4 days off from work, so naturally I haven't had a day off.

Also, debating to even bother entering for a couple days didn't help.
It's still up in the air if I finish my entry in 12 hours.

Two days after I'm back from America this pops up. Well, I look forward to voting. Maybe I'll enter the next competition.

A little over 10 hours left, and I still only have 4 entries. I hope I get an avalanche of entries today, but I'm not expecting more than another 2.

I have one I've been working forever on, just gotta finish it up.

We could always do an extension. Maybe get more entries from people who either might now finish or allow people like shadow to enter. It would also let people who have entered a chance to polish up.



Then again, I'm getting desperate on excuses at this point.

I dislike this idea. There was a deadline, and it is unfortunate that some people got the announcement late, but deadlines are deadlines.

I'm obviously for an extension. (1 to 3 days)
However, to be fair to those who were perfectly within the set deadline and enter/entered a mod on time, I feel an extra vote tally should be awarded to their starting total. In addition, any mods released after the original deadline that end up in a tie with a mod that was released on time would lose the tie automatically to the mod that made the initial deadline.

So, hypothetically, if we do an extension, and assuming you would have only finished the original deadline with the 5 you have now, the vote would look like this starting out:
Mod 1 (On time): 1 vote
Mod 2 (On time): 1 vote
Mod 3 (On time): 1 vote
Mod 4 (On time): 1 vote
Mod 5 (On time): 1 vote
Mod 6 (Extension): 0 votes
Mod 7 (Extension): 0 votes
Mod 8 (Extension): 0 votes
Mod 9 (Extension): 0 votes

Also, if the end results went as such:
Mod 1 (On Time): 28 votes
Mod 4 (On Time): 23 votes
Mod 8 (Extension): 23 votes
Mod 5 (On time): 10 votes

Mod 1 would take 1st place,
Mod 4 would take second place,
Mod 8 would take third place automatically, even though the two mods ended in a tie.
