The last image we had of it makes me say it's quite good, however I don't really like the deep black line. You should grey it out, maybe trying to do a kind of anti-aliasing to render it less blocky.

i know what your coming at. however when i remove the black the gun becomes more of a blur in the middle. i'll see what i can do though.

uh, the .bmp there is a .jpg, the site converted it. smooth.
.bmp is pure pixels, and does not lose quality.
