good to hear numgun also myeh, i generally dont edit modded (or vanilla, save for anti-blood piling in the materials) content, i play it the way the modder does, as that represents their intentions the best. nerf AAL's near invincibility and terrain rape hard, and ill love you forever. or a while, then get bored and unload it powerful weapons are fine and fun, as long as theyre balanced. and i know you're capable of that.

I thought that was accsidental. how silly I thought it was when I could not butt scoot with your AAL.

I'm ok with awkward powerful weapons: they're my favourite!
Darlos' grenade launcher (which can be hard to hit with), FinDude's Rigger (A mine launcher isn't so good when the enemy can see you) and Capnbub's LR5000 (the delayed explosion made it useless on enemies in the air) are my 3 favourite guns ever, and they are all powerful but hard to use.
I still want BW:M more than AAL simply because a new gametype in CC is always a massive plus. KloneSoccer was one of the most fun mods ever, simply because it had different gameplay.

sorry for the necro, but I really want to know if this is still getting made. if it isn't, someone needs to step up and take over to get a DM mode into cortex command also if it isn't, someone should lock this topic, cus it's hella old

I do believe numgun is currently busy with both the AAL faction and 1st party content, I also believe he siad he was going to keep working on this. Feel free to correct me if I am incorrect.

Modding takes alot of time and I only have my two hands. But dont worry, this will be released by the next millenium.

also, numgun, you could just beta us you know.. im actually exited for the new AAL now though. it better be the most post-epic faction ever released on the side by the first party. out of interest, how big is your cut of DRL profits? or is that a no-no question?

I bet Data'll pay his employees (and future employees as well) after CC becomes a commercial success. You know. Maybe instead of coding all this stuff by yourself numgun, maybe you should get some other modders to do some coding as well.
