I assumed it had a GUI when I first saw the post, and thought it only loaded / unloaded the rte's. So yea, tho I'm probably going to use this fairly often.

Jeesh ... meanness. Nice program, though. Maybe it could be melded with a working activities-integrator. Something that copy pastes index.ini's so that you can place mods in your activities.ini? Yeah ... I thought it was too much work too.

Technically, this isn't even command line. Sure, its run in a command window, but you're only pushing one button to execute a command. By definition, it is a GUI. Command line would be like: C:\CC>modloader.exe /load all Yours, you just push a button
