Re: Base.rte mod
I think it's a bad idea, if you want to repalce stuff like this, i recommend that you make it repalce the activities ini only, so you can revert back much more easily. and I like skellies, they add an interesting aspect to the game, and they are (finally) balanced in build 19. in earlier builds, had they had a jetpack, they would have been BETTER than green clones, they could live longer.

You seem to have missed the part where i mentioned resprites. I don't think the default weapons fit in, nor do the skeletons.

Re: Base.rte mod
Despite the fact I completely disagree with the view that modding base.rte should be locked out as a security risk, it is rather messy and I personally wouldn't use it. But without some sort of overrides, I suppose it is the only way to actually replace things.
It might be helpful to those who want those modifications but aren't adept enough (or too lazy) to do it themselves. So go for it, I guess.

... And why does everyone replace skeletons with "conscripts"? Skeletons are awesome! They're ok, but we like CC: Modern Warfare better. Has a nice "ring" to it.
