When you can make something like, that, you can release a mod.

Also, make sure you save it as a an 8 bit .bmp and that it's in the CC palette when you make it.

srry friend was helpin me trying to make a map for ccs and i am in the tbc clan or the bat cave may sounds childish but we kick but

its not as hard as you think.
look.
what do you do in paint?
you draw the things you want to show up in game. that simple.
open your CC folder, and open Base.rte, find a sprite.
the ones with PINK for the background are sprites,
the ones with BLACK for the background are GLOWS.
do not edit this folder or its contents.

those are the Templates each is an RTE file of each type of thing in game.
they are named very simply
such as GunTemplate, GunTemplateRound GunTemplateMag etc

do it in small steps. if you read those tonight,
you'll have a mod before the weekend. (if you work. it might not be that good unless you get a really great idea and happen to be good at spriting, but still, you'll know how to do it.)
