It's possible you have a corrupt ini file, this happened to me once, and numgun showed me how to fix it.
Set up another ini file, and slowly move pieces of the code from 1 to 2 (2 being the original ini), botting CC to see where it crashes each time.
as soon as 1 crashes instead of 2, you've found the code that doesn't work. Replace it.
