WE were referring to ALL of the guns being too big for CC proper. So I would appreciate it if you wouldn't get all high and mighty about your posts.

These are just basic sprites at the mo, they will be edited. i guess a mixture of both GoW 1 and 2. I wont do all the weapons tho, well maybe in time but ill just focus on a few now. Ye when i get round to it i will make some Gears actors. I couldnt be a Gears of War mod without cole!

Anyway, I remember making a Lancer mod in ~B14, ripping code from the USC weapons because I was lazy. Used that mod's solution of having two seperate weapons, one a chainsaw and the other the weapon its self. Plus, if you did it with emmitters as people suggested, you wouldn't be able to get the other frame in for the chainsaw.

Wrong. All sprites can now be animated using SpriteAnimMode and AnimDuration.

And the extra work will do him good if he's gonna keep modding, it's practice. Secondly, why are you complaining about the weapon its self? He's making a weapon from another game. Plus it's entertaining to chainsaw enemies to bits. And if you think that a melee/gun hybrid is stupid, why do you think bayonets are used? EDIT: As for the size, it looks as if it SHOULD work, but I think it might be a bit too tall. I'll just slap it over the sprite of an existing weapon and see if it looks alright. EDIT: Yep, it looks fine in game, it just needs a bit more detail and made to look more CC-ey. Size is fine, it's supposed to be a big gun after all.
