(weather you finish it or not, you still have some godly tallents, i'm actualy suprized you where useing them here)

Data has approched me and asked me to make the official weapon editor for CC, but i dont know much C++ (im using C#)

Data has approched me and asked me to make the official weapon editor for CC, but i dont know much C++ (im using C#) well, if you dont do it for us, do it for data, and for yourself, it would be official, and thus your name will be in the credits. i'd work on somehting just for that, I think that alone would be an honor. and well... your about the only one with enough tallent to pull it off and not suck. not only not suck, but be awsome. from the screenshot alone that we've seen, thats game-quality there. even if you programmed your weap-ed as a separate app that CC launches in a new window, (thus you wouldnt need to know C++ as it would be a separate app) i think everyone on the forrums, data, and every lurker, would be gratefull for. In starting that weapon editor, you put a huge burdon on your own shoulders without realizing it I think. not only that, but its a burden that you didnt even notice, you did it, and suceeded without a second thought. If i where you, i'd finish it, and include source-code for anyone to convert and make there own add-ons, so that if you dont, add for an actor-edit, or explosive edit, anyone else who reads the source-code and has a compiler, could do it. (make the editor load RTE files XD) If you have every variable listed in your code, you could just add all the classes, and others could use VB to make the windows that make use of it, and could add the DLL's themselves, (or whatever format they'd use) if you included all the class data, but only had the windows for what you where doing before (IE include the names and such to find and edit TDExplosives, glow effects, MOSRotating, AnActor, AHuman, etc, on the lists, so people can make there own templates to edit each from, so they could do there own add-on for an actor editor, or a TDExplosives editor. also since you probly wouldnt include the actual class data in full (IE the entire template for each) people wouldnt be able to include a TDExplosive inside a round for example, and would have to referance it in something else. in including the names and such for each type, it could locate, but not edit, a MOSRotating, that gibs (since you dont have the data you cant edit) but since it has the knowledge of how to place an MOSRotating, they COULD tell a magazine that round = MOSRotating, and copy an existing one that ISNT edited in the editor. that way what you cant do in the editor, you could still USE in the editor. and it would also save a lot of hasle to make addons later (since you wouldnt have to edit that part of the code to add it, unless you made the class list an ini, then it could be easily edited, and wouldnt be an issue, but i'm not familure with C# so i dont know if you can do that) also, i've been takeing a lot of flack latly, and getting mixed replies, so i'm gonna stop talking about big important stuff for a while. and unfortunatly, as much as i care about this, and would like to contribute to this. this is a big important thing. i wont risk accidentaly makeing an ass of myself again.
